If I understand correctly you are asking if there is a way to download or read the data out of this ECU.

The answer is yes. But you must cut a hole into it and you need some special equipment.

The GSXR-1000, 750, Hayabusa all have the same port pictured above. I have never cut open a 600 but would bet they are the same.

As for how to read the ECU once you find the port there are several options discussed here

AUD port thread

You did not mention if you have any technical education in electronics so I don't know how much detail you need.

I visited the forum and it is very difficult to know what solution to use, I work on small engines as you can see on my site www.elettronicalamartina.it and I want to dedicate myself on the bike now, I have several units that can work, but you must help me.
recommendations for what I read it? as a programmer?
If riuscissi to read it with what software can create mapping?
and, above all, how can I correct checksum?

There is no checksum to worry about.

I use the software from Romraider.com to do the map viewing and editing but any software you already use that can read a .bin file would work.

For programming see this thread on the GSXR-1000. Again the 600 may use different pins you'll need to figure that out yourself.

gsxr programming

Use the Renesas Flash Developers Toolkit or FDT to flash the ECU

On all the Denso ECU bikes we have worked with, ZX-12, ZX-6, Hayabusa, GSXR-1000, TL1000R, we have changed rev limits, ignition maps, fuel maps, etc and never changed the checksum on any of them and the all still worked good.

I hear the car guys talk about checksums and encryption all the time but so far on the Denso bikes we have been lucky.

The short answer is Yes.

Someone needs to download the binary out of the ECU
Someone needs to figure out exactly which pins are the programming pins
Someone needs to write a map file definition
