GEN2 1475 Need injector balance?

I have a 1475 and its performance is a bit under expectations. Although I adjusted fuel tables, and the AFR did move, the power delivery just wasn't there. My engine builder said I could be maxing the top injectors, and even though my AFR displayed changes as I adjusteed, it may have been that the injectors were just open longer, but not at the crank angle that would maximize power. He suggested that I either balance the injectors and retune or upgrade the top injectors. Any thoughts on this?

You can change the injector balance with std size injectors without a remap, just blend to 50% instead of the current 20%

that may improve your crank angle thing as the secondarys DC will be less , but i am not sure the crank angle thing will realy make that much difference in hp,

cam timing, ign curve, clutch slip etc are all more likely to effect hp

So a 50/50 balance will not change the tune, just reduce the duty cycle? I shouldn't expect a change in AF with that change?

Thanks

your not actually changing the calculated fuel needs only how it is delivered ,
if you had non std injectors then changing the table would change fueling as we don't have injector size tables to adjust like the gen 1 does

Thanks. I went to the track Sat. Bike ran 8.76 at 156 (race weight 765lbs).

I balanced the injectors and the AF richened up from 12.5 to 12.2, so I trimmed it back to 12.5 where it made best MPH. I guess I wasn't exceeding the top injectors after all.

Thanks to all for the ideas.
