K7 gsxr1000 gauge cluster on 03' Busa streetfighter

Hey guys,

Was sent here from gixxer.com guys. 

 

I have an 03 busa' which i've put a suzuki gsxr1000 gauge cluster on. 

 

I had no codes showing up on the bike before i put the cluster on. Now i'm getting 2 with the new cluster. 

C93 - steering dampener solenoid - which the hayabusa does not have.

C38 - secondary fuel injector #3 - which the hayabusa does not have secondary injectors.

 

I believe the gauge cluster to be throwing these codes on it's own. Does anyone here know how to get rid of this?

It seems the cluster is looking for a release of certain bike sensors, communicated through the ECM after start of engine.  This is sent by the pin 33 of the ECU. Cutting this line would trow a CHEC. error on the cluster. 

So, we need to have a look if we can reproduce this signal to make the cluster think everything is ok. With this, you cannot utilize the normal error function anymore. This is a serial signal sent by the ECU.....
